How are your drivers screened?

Your child’s safety is our highest priority. Every driver on our team must pass a comprehensive 10-point hiring process. This includes an extensive background check, a verified clean driving record for the past three years (with zero moving violations or accidents), and a minimum of three years of proven, successful childcare experience.

Will my child have multiple drivers?

Consistency is key to comfort. We prioritize assigning a dedicated, primary driver for your family. We will discuss the specific arrangements and provide you with all details regarding your child’s assigned professional during our initial family introduction.Booking & Logistics

Do I have to register my child prior to scheduling?

Yes. For your peace of mind and your child's safety, we require registration at least 48 hours prior to the first ride. This ensures we have the necessary time to fully onboard your child into our system, conduct a meet-and-greet, and ensure a seamless first experience.

How early do I need to request a ride?

To guarantee availability and ensure our team can prepare for your route, we request that all ride bookings be made 24 to 48 hours in advance.

Do I need to register before every ride?

No. Registration is a one-time process. Once your child is onboarded into the Chau 4 Kids family, they are assigned a unique identifier. Future bookings become quick and effortless.Service Details & Fees

Do you offer personal door-to-door drop-off?

We are happy to provide personal "door-to-door" service, where our drivers walk your child directly into their destination and collect them upon pickup. Please note that this premium, concierge-level service includes an additional fee.

How do you handle sibling pricing?

We offer special rates for families. The first child is billed at our standard rate, the second sibling rides for free, and every additional sibling is just $5 per ride.

What is the starting cost for a ride?

Our rides start at $10. As travel requirements vary based on distance, time, and specific needs, please contact us for a personalized estimate tailored to your route.
